Refund policy: If you use a SoyMagic cleansing product and aren't completely satisfied, simply email our customer service department within 30 days of your purchase at avaux@soymagic.com or call us at 877-SOYMAGC (877-769-6243) and we'll arrange for a full refund or exchange, whichever you'd prefer. Please allow 3-5 weeks for refunds or exchanges to be completed.
